当合同存在多语言版本时，合同中一般会加上Language语言条款，避免因语言不同而引起歧义和问题。语言条款内容比较简单，主要规定了合同以何种语言签署以及两种语言版本发生冲突时，以哪一语言为准。以下为一些常见的语言条款示例：

1. English language

This Agreement is prepared and executed in English. Any Chinese version of this Agreement is provided for reference only. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

英语语言

本协议以英文编制并签署。本协议的任何中文版本仅为参考而提供。如果其英文版本与中文版本之间存在任何不一致之处，则以英文版本为准。

2. This Contract is executed in English and Chinese languages and may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall constitute one and the same document if duly signed by the Parties as provided hereunder. Both language versions shall have equal validity and effect.

本合同以中英文签署，可签署多份副本，每份副本经合同双方按本协议项下的规定正式签署后，共同构成一份文件。两种语言版本均具有同样的效力和作用。

3. English language

(a)Any notice given under or in connection with any Finance Document must be in English.

(b)All other documents provided under or in connection with any Finance Document must be:

(i)in English; or

(ii)if not in English, and if so required by the Lender, accompanied by a certified English translation and, in this case, the English translation will prevail unless the document is a constitutional, statutory or other official document.

英语语言

(a)在任何融资文件项下或者与任何融资文件有关发出的任何通知必须采用英语。

(b)在任何融资文件项下或者与任何融资文件有关提供的其它所有文件必须：

(i)采用英语；或者

(ii)如果并非英语，经贷款人要求，应当附有经核证的英语译文，并且在这种情况下，应当以英文译本为准，但该文件为组织性文件、法律或其它官方文件除外。

4. 本协议应当用中文书写，也可以同时用外文书写，同时用中、外文书写的合同文本，内容不一致的，以中文合同文本为准。

This Agreement shall be written in Chinese, and may be written in both Chinese and a foreign language additionally. If the Chinese version differs from the foreign language version of the Agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
