Admission of Additional Limited Partners.  Except pursuant to paragraph 3.06(b) with respect to a New Commitment Partners and paragraph 8.04 with respect to a Substituted Limited Partner, no additional Limited Partners shall be admitted to the Partnership following the first Closing Date.  Each additional Limited Partner shall execute a counterpart to this Agreement dated on the date of admission and make a Capital Contribution to the Partnership in an amount determined by the General Partner.
