Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Applicable Arbitration Tribunal, in accordance with Applicable Arbitration Rules for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. The language of the arbitration is to be English.

1.1 Any dispute arising from the performance of this agreement shall be first subject to the Parties' friendly consultations. If the Parties fail to make an written agreement within thirty days after consultation, such dispute will be submitted to Applicable Arbitration Tribunal, in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration tribunal will be composed of three(3) arbitrators, two of which shall be appointed by both Parties hereof, and the third one shall be appointed by the chairman of Applicable Arbitration Tribunal.

本协议产生的任何争议应首先通过双方友好协商解决。如果双方未在协商后的三十天内达成书面一致，上述争议应提交至相关仲裁院，依照相关仲裁规则解决。仲裁院由三（3）名仲裁员组成，其中两名由协议双方指定，一名由仲裁院主席指定。

1.2 The arbitration shall be administered by Applicable Arbitration Tribunal, in accordance with the term effective arbitration rules of the Applicable Arbitration Tribunal in Somewhere.

1.3 The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the Parties. The costs of the arbitration shall be borne by the losing party, unless the arbitration award stipulates otherwise.

仲裁裁决为终局，对双方具有约束力。仲裁成本由败诉方承担，除非仲裁裁决另行规定。

示例三：

Dispute settlement method: any dispute arising from the performance of this agreement may be settled by friendly negotiations of both parties or by the mediation of Competent Authority. Where such negotiation or mediation fail, the following method may apply:

争议解决途径：由本合同执行产生的任何争议可通过合同双方友好协商或相关当局的调解解决。如协商或调解失败，可采取以下途径：

(1)Submit the case to Applicable Arbitration Tribunal.
